I am an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner with a private holistic health practice in Rincon, Puerto Rico, specializing in Ayurveda. Situated on a tranquil property with sweeping views of the jungle preserve and ocean, I offer personalized health consultations, coaching, lifestyle support, and rejuvenating Ayurvedic body oil treatments to clients both locally and globally.

Here, I have the privilege of serving my community and clients worldwide. My training was completed at the California College of Ayurveda (CCA) in Nevada City, CA, one of the most esteemed Ayurvedic schools in the Western world.

Ayurveda entered my life unplanned in my early 20s while living in Beijing, China. Though it took years before I committed to becoming a health practitioner, the benefits I personally experienced were remarkable. Ayurveda naturally strengthened my body, balanced my hormones, and increased my energy—allowing me to truly embrace life.

I was born with a weakened immune system, leading to frequent colds, flu, infections, and fatigue. I never knew what it felt like to be truly healthy. I had little resistance to environmental stressors, and even small changes in routine would leave me vulnerable.

Growing up in a small Midwest farming town, access to holistic therapies was limited. The Western approach, often reliant on antibiotics and quick-fix medications, only led to more side effects and deeper health struggles.

Ayurveda transformed my life. Motivated by my personal healing, I felt a deep calling to share this powerful practice with others who could benefit from it.

Over the years, Ayurveda has taught me how to take my health back into my own hands. My vitality, or ojas, has been strengthened, my hormones balanced, and my energy restored as my body found its natural equilibrium.

By incorporating Ayurvedic practices and rituals into our lives, we cultivate awareness of our bodies, spirits, and environment, awakening to greater health through our conscious choices. My journey with Ayurveda is ongoing, and it continues to bring wellness into my life. It is my hope and mission that it brings the same to you.
